When we talk about Buddhism, there are many people ask whether Buddhism is a religoin. In this point, before we respond to this question we ought to know about what is (RELIGION). So here according to many scholars, Religion is actually arise from Latin word Religou (literally mean binding, tie up to gods), therefore Buddhism is not a part of those kind of religions. So can we all just remember that Buddhism is not a religion. Because religion some time got a very bad name, conflicts, wars, abuses because of religion. E.g. Some religion on this planet promise to wage war againt those are not with them or oppose to them so they fighting in the name of their religion but Buddhism has never made any history on Holy-War in the name of Buddhism. But Buddhism is only to free you from all suffering, help you to remove all kinds of defilement never to tie you up with any Holy God. And to know and understand more about Buddhism, i may have to comment all of you that read and learn, but remember Buddhism is not asking you to believe (The Buddha never admire those have blind faith) without consideration, about Buddhism then only you can eradicate your doubts.
