• Human defilements

The world is formed by the human defilements. If there's no defilement or (Kelesa) we all might be in the world of happiness. but since the defilements cover and obscure our thought from realization of the reality. these lead to the individual's suffering and as well as universal sufferings.

Wars, starvations, conflicts many of these negative existences came into being because of the human defilement.

Desire, craving create terrible wars and conflicts amongst humanity. these kind of undesirables activities left millions of people homeless and hunger.

Basically, there are two kinds of main defilement that the Buddha pointed out to be the roots of all kinds of suffering. They Lobha (greed, craving, desire, attachment..), Dosha (Anger, irritation, aversion...), Moha (Delusion, illusion, foolishness...).

But here i am going to talk only the two defilements as it is beneficial to the beginners of Buddhist people.

    * There are two kinds of worldly passions that defile and cover the eyes of human beings from seeing the truth.

The first is the passion for analysis and discussion by which people become confused in judgment. The second is the passion for the emotional experience by which people's values become confused. Both delusions of reasoning and of practice can be thought of as a classification of all human defilements, but really there are two original worldly predicaments in their bases. The first is ignorance and the second is desire.

The delusions of reasoning are based upon ignorance, and delusions of practices are based on desire. So that the two sets are really one set after all, and together they are the sources of the all unhappiness.

If people are ignorant they cannot reason correctly and safely. As they are yield to a desire for existence, grasping, clinging and attachments to everything inevitably follow. It is this constant hunger for every pleasant thing seen and heard that leads people into the delusions of habit. Some people even yield to desire for death of the body.

From these primary sources all greed, and anger, foolishness, misunderstanding, resentment, jealousy, flattery, deceit, pride, contempt, inebriety, selfishness, have their generations and appearances.
